Conquer the Stars
Your Way
What Drifters is about
- Build and customize your own fleet of ships ranging from massive battle carriers to humble support frigates. Add exotic weapons and ship mods to create a wide array of playstyles.
- Fight against enemy fleets, piloting your own flagship while commanding your remaining ships to victory. And then salvage their ships to add to your collection.
- Manage and interact with a crew of officers, each with their own perks, backstories, and personalities.
- Participate in subterfuge, sending agents to do your dirty work behind the scenes.
- Take missions and bounties for various factions as they vie for dominance of the sector. Will you support the space knight Marrock Ascendency in their expansionist ideals, or simply burn everything down as a member of the pirate Kleptocracy? You decide.
- Take part in both random and scripted events in an ever changing universe.
- Found a colony and your very own faction, and defend it from those who would see you fail.

I will be supporting a linux port in the future as the project matures. Just targeting windows only to keep things simple for now :)
